Chair of the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Council of Australia (FECCA)
Carlo has dedicated his career to public policy, health, human rights, and empowerment, serving actively on several not-for-profit boards. He is a longstanding advocate of multiculturalism, access and equity.
In 2022, Carlo was elected as the Chair of the Federation of Ethnic Communities’ Council of Australia (FECCA). In addition to his board commitments, he is a part-time university lecturer at Victoria University, where he teaches public policy, and he manages consultancy projects.
His extensive experience also includes over 16 years as a member of the Parliament of Victoria, where he developed a deep understanding of government operations and policy-making. He has knowledge of legislation, regulation and public policy initiatives both in Australia and internationally.
